Architects Milind Pai : This high end Home for a client located in outskirts of Jodhpur is a balance of refined and classy interiors that reflects the client’s lifestyle. Added with sophisticated richness in color, texture, innovative design and luxury this project was way beyond aesthetic. The client was extremely design conscious and wanted an unusual home.Architect Milind Pai team was briefed to design the 2763 sq.ft Interior space, keeping the client’s functional requirement, status and budget all in mind. The Milind Pai team has conceptualize a design keeping in mind the people who occupy it with a mission to enhance the way the people live through great designs with a modern feel and a classy ambiance to deliver sensational masterpiece.
The stupendous door with the unusual entrance lobby design was a balance of clean-lined andclassic design brings out the interiors of this space. The first area to be seen by guest entering the house has exotic welcome with modern accent which caters to the youthful taste of the client. The living room has a mirror artwork which is the striking element of the whole design and adds to the spaciousness. The TV unit designed in SS with backlight, the statuario flooring and the Swarovski inlay on centre and dining table stands out stunning and redefines luxury. While more classical elements evoke feeling of warmth and solidity appropriate to family residence strikes a balance between traditional and contemporary interiors.
The dining room is an extension to living room wherein lighting plays the pivotal role to divide two areas has brown tinted mirror with leather finish backdrop adding to the richness. The worship zone in this area is unique and has its own character. The balcony connected to living room has water fountains which creates seamless indoor outdoor connection. The serene statue of Buddha fills the place with sacredness and transforms the whole context from a modern to a traditional ambience. The smooth merge of classical and modern helps in bringing the outdoors inside while elevating the overall living experience. The ambient lighting and the use of alabaster has added to dramatic effect in this area. The stone finished tiles with the custom made vases added to the Jodhpuri touch in this area.
The guest room with off-white walls; a texture which introduces a refined personal ambience to the room. The use of mirrors on walls and wardrobe reflects the glimpse and sense of spaciousness. Further sparkle is provided by the black tinted glass with slivering from behind. The attached toilet has the designer wall tiles and backlit mirror which elevates whole area is in flow with the design of the room.
‘Life within reach’ encapsulates the layout of the kitchen. This is the area where series of task based work centers. Kitchen is designed to suit two generations mother and the child with different interest and designs. Particular style is not always the successful recipe for a great kitchen today most interesting kitchens like to mix it up a bit. The TV is en suite in chimney as per clients needs. The design on tall unit and the designer glass adds to the elegance of the design. The passage designed to complement the existing area leads to kids and master bedroom has wash basin with designer mirror and tiles.
Relaxing and privacy are what most of us look for in master suit and the master bedroom of the client is the perfect blend of both with added aesthetics and lavishness. The dressing of SS inlay in back painted glass for bed back with the wall pattern on TV wall wherein further sparkle is provided by the Swarovski pattern on chairs gives a distinct identity to the room. The interplay of ceiling in fabric finishwallpaper accentuated with the cove lighting adds to the splendid feeling in the room. The toilet with white corian gets pop of color in the form of yellow used on wall gives it all a lively touch. The attached balcony with sculptures and made to order vases is a picture perfect design. The kids’ bedroom is the clear contrast to the design as a whole as per the psychology of the child with the use of bright and energetic colors reveals the Chief Architect-Milind Pai. We have opted for the vinyl graphics on walls and wardrobe which could be changed in future with the sky effect on ceiling and wooden flooring which breaks monotony of whole area and gives a vibrant touch.
