San Francisco Design Week- Galanter & Jones

Dubai Design Week 2015 has witnessed many unique ‘out of the box’ thought processes, influencing other design weeks happening around the world. ‘Destination’ is one such initiative of Dubai Design Week. Six design weeks from the global arena have been invited to participate in this show. Each participating city is presenting a curated collection of three of their leading young brands, thus opening the Dubai market to their creativity and craftsmanship. This unique cultural design exchange is an initiative to highlight Dubai’s role as a global design hub.

Beijing Design Week presents characteristically playful work from the Shanghai and New York-based Benwu Studio , alongside contemporary furniture by Zaozuo and imaginative industrial products from EOQ.

Mexico's Abierto de Diseno-Ediciones JalapaHelsinki Design Week brings the sustainable wooden furniture of Nikari to Dubai, as well as evocative lighting designs from Saas; and Johanna Gullichsen’sremarkable reinterpretations of traditional Finnish textile patterns. click here to read full article….
